My name is Núria, I am trained in Psychology and many other therapeutic techniques. All have helped me on my own process of growth and healing and can support you on your journey of transformation. My great teacher is and continues to be Mother Nature, and the process of self-realisation through remembering my own nature by channeling my creativity using music, dance and medicinal plants. Mother Nature has taught me to tune in with what is natural within me, with my gifts and the wisdom that my soul already carries. Nature taught me to sing following the inspiration of my heart, to find the vibrations and self-awareness that have allowed me to heal, improve myself and be happier in my life. It is an honour to accompany other people to their healing and well-being.

My mission is to support people in their transformation process and to awaken their essence and true potential. The tools of my soul are intuitive singing, sound, conscious touch, and the creation of ceremonial spaces. Therefore, I have specialised in therapeutic massage with integrated singing, sound healing, the use of master plants and animal medicines.

My background in Psychology allows me to understand human behaviour, how to consciously heal trauma and find the patterns and emotions that disconnect you from your Essence.

Using ancient and modern techniques, I draw knowledge from many alternative therapies including regression therapy, EFT or tapping, hypnosis, Metamorphic technique, Akashic Reading and Bach flowers.

From a real connection you can rebuild the structure of your Being, setting the basis that allows you to grow in health with your body, peace in your mind and freeing the creativity of your soul.

My experience in the world of Shamanism allows me to incorporate the forces of nature and let them guide the experiences from a wider perspective of love. This includes the understanding of the energetic world to protect you from any unwanted experience. Using connected movements, prayers and sounds, we enter an altered state of consciousness that can offer visions, guidance and solutions.

Through my experience, I open myself to Nature Wisdom with humbleness, where the most important thing is to be empty, allowing life itself to guide us through the connection of our heart and to the core of our Being.

I also give special attention to the innocence, spontaneous expression and playfulness of our inner child, and setting strong roots to the Earth and the animal spirits to strengthen these sacred Essences and their expression in the world.

That is why I like to call it 'Nature Wisdom' instead of Shamanism, because it is a new way that provides care and respect to life instead of pushing and overpowering. The main qualities that I work with are softness, sweetness and compassion, embracing any experience with love and deep understanding. It is the path of the unknown, where we listen to the wisdom of life in the present moment allowing us to connect with the subtle realms of the Earth for harmony and beauty.

As these are powerful healing tools, we should use them with consciousness and respect, checking for any physical and psychological conditions before use.

When honouring ceremonial work in a conscious and respectful way, we are able to fully benefit from the higher intelligence of Nature.

It can amplify the capacity of our senses, feelings and intuition, including a stronger connection with the One (connection with Life) to discover yourself and the true nature of reality. Allowing for a total transformational shift in your whole being.
